His 35 years of experience and passion for building an inclusive environment make him a trusted and dynamic leader at 24seven Hotels.

Having held high profile roles at Canyon Ranch where he operated HR functions across many geographical locations and brands with 1,840 employees across hotels and cruise ships to Homestead, America’s oldest resort and the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa he is one of the best in the business. Phil is accredited as a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources by HRCI (SPHR).
