On The Rise

Deanna Kautai

Deanna Kautai exemplifies 24seven Hotels’ values. She’s grown within the company and in turn has chosen to help others in their own development paths. Having begun her journey as a Sales Manager, Deanna’s initiative and drive to improve processes and boost revenue generation quickly led to a promotion to a Task Force Director of Sales position. But she didn’t stay there long either; her performance quickly earned Deanna another promotion, this time to Regional Director of Sales. Deanna’s genuine support of the team helps build community with one another and motivates others to solve problems collaboratively.

“I love seeing the growth and progress of my team members. Seeing them learn and master new skills keeps me motivated each day,” says Deanna.

Renee Cracchiolo

Renee Cracchiolo is a shining example of someone’s hospitality journey making a positive impact on others. From her early days as a Front Desk Agent all the way to General Manager⁠, her talent and hard work have been an inspiration to everyone around her. Renee’s promotion to Task Force General Manager is a direct result of her commitment to guests and associates alike.

“The mentorship and new opportunities I have received are invaluable. In my new role, I’m excited to build on this and help develop future leaders,” says Renee.

Brandon Jemison

Brandon Jemison joined our band in 2017 as an Assistant General Manager and he hasn’t looked back since. In 2018 he became the General Manager of a new hotel opening, where his passion for living out “make it better” and for growing leadership potential made him a true performer. Brandon has continued his meteoric rise within 24seven Hotels, most recently receiving yet another well-deserved promotion to Regional Director of Operations.

“24seven Hotels has given me every opportunity to grow professionally and personally. I have received valuable training along the way and I wouldn’t be in the position I’m in today without our leadership team believing in me. I do my best to pay it forward everyday,” says Brandon.
