Julie brings more than two decades of Human Resources leadership experience, supporting large, multi-location employers and employee populations of over 40,000. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with leaders to build compliant, people-centered HR practices that strengthen organizations, elevate the employee experience, and support long-term success.

What continues to inspire Julie is her genuine love for people and her belief that work should be a place where individuals feel supported, valued, and able to grow. Helping shape a positive and meaningful work experience remains the most rewarding part of what she does.

Outside of work, Julie is a devoted dog lover and a lifelong fan of Frank Sinatra.
