Adin Castillo, Sales Manager

Meet Adin Castillo, he is a Sales Managers and one of our growing leaders. He has a real passion for people and service excellence and is enthusiastic about what’s to come.

How long have you been in hospitality?

I’ve been in the hospitality industry close to 10 years.

What does hospitality mean to you?

To me, hospitality is about making people feel genuinely welcome and appreciated. In sales, this means really listening to our clients, understanding what they need, and going above and beyond to meet those needs. It’s about building strong, lasting relationships and ensuring that every guest has a fantastic experience with us. When our clients feel valued and taken care of, they’re more likely to come back and recommend us to others. It’s all about creating those memorable moments that make people smile and want to return.

What is a motto you like to live by?

It is literally true that you can succeed best and quickest by helping others to succeed.

What motivated you to step up and become a leader in the organization?

I believe in the power of connecting with others and building positive relationships. In our hotels, I’ve seen how important it is to connect with both guests and colleagues. When we focus on building real relationships and making everyone feel welcome, heard and cared for, this motivates our team to give their best.

I’ve been fortunate to have amazing mentors like Rosanna Harrison, Area Director of Sales, who has been there for me since the beginning. She has helped me every step of the way on my growth journey, and Eddie Andre, my General Manager, who has shown me the impact a great leader can have. Their support and my desire to contribute more to our team’s success inspired me to step up.

What are you most looking forward to in your new sales role?

I’m most looking forward to building strong relationships with our clients and partners, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. It’s exciting to think about how I can contribute to our growth and success in this new role!

Being appointed as a Choice Hotels Brand Ambassador is a great feeling.
