Tatiana Zabirko is a hospitality finance leader with more than 20 years of experience supporting hotels through growth, transition, and long-term performance improvement. She built her foundation with The Ritz-Carlton as part of a flagship pre-opening team and later held senior finance leadership roles with IHG Hotels & Resorts, including InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown, where she guided teams through complex operations and periods of change while strengthening financial discipline and collaboration.
