Dan is a seasoned Food & Beverage professional with a perfectionist approach and fresh perspective. As a highly regarded leader in his field, Dan’s 20 years of culinary experience includes developing innovative dining experiences while improving operations, revenue growth and culinary team retention.
Dan joined 24seven Hotels in 2023 from notable hotels such as Brush Creek Ranch, where is oversaw two restaurants and played an integral role in the resort being named #1 by Conde Nast Traveler and Travel + Leisure; later, Pendry Park City, as the opening Executive Chef and launched five distinct restaurants; and finally, Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs, leading the re-concepting of multiple food & beverage outlets. He most recently served as Executive Chef/Food & Beverage Director at Snowpine Lodge in Alta, Utah, while under his management he increased year-over-year profitability of the Food & Beverage department by 51.4 percent. He received his Bachelor’s degree in hotel and lodging management with a sommelier concentration from Johnson and Wales University.
