David Wani | Chief Executive Officer

As a founding partner David serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer with responsibility for strategic oversight of all aspects of company operations, development, and investment.

Prior to forming Twenty Four Seven Hotels, David spent over seven years with Tarsadia Hotels working with the executive team in sourcing, underwriting, and negotiating licensing and purchase and sale contracts for company acquisition, disposition, and development opportunities. David’s diverse industry experience also includes real estate and hotel consulting with a focus on hospitality and auditing at Landauer Associates in Los Angeles.

David earned his M.B.A. in Real Estate/Finance from the University of Southern California, and his M.S. in Hotel Investment from New York University.

Drew Hardy | President

Drew brings a diverse background in strategic planning, finance, and investment to his position as Co-founder and President of Twenty Four Seven Hotels. He plays a key role in business development including sourcing new management and investment opportunities, asset management, and owner relations.

Drew began his career in the investment side of the industry with a boutique hotel management firm in San Diego before setting out to form Pacific Hotel Brokerage, a west coast hotel investment advisory firm, in 1992. From there he went on to become Vice President of Real Estate for Tarsadia Hotels where he continued to focus on hotel acquisitions, dispositions and financing.

Drew earned his business degree from the University of San Diego and also holds a certification in Real Estate, Development, and Hotel Investment from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration.

Bill Swank Jr. | President-Development & Construction

A principal of his own hotel development firm since 1985, Bill joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels as a partner bringing his tremendous background in hotel development and construction management. As President of Design and Construction his primary responsibility is to coordinate and direct all company new build and renovation projects.

Bill’s entire professional career has been spent in land acquisition, entitlement, project administration, finance, asset management, and franchising. Among his notable projects was the first Marriott Residence Inn to open in Mexico in the coastal resort of Bajamar, which he accomplished via an international partnership with Grupo Frisa, one of Mexico's largest commercial developers.

Bill earned his business degree from the University of Southern California, and a professional certification in Real Estate, Development, and Hotel Investment from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration.

Gary Gray | Chief Investment Officer

As Twenty Four Seven Hotels’ Chief Investment Officer, Gary spearheads the company’s growth in pursuing hotel acquisitions, management services and new build opportunities. With over 25 years of hospitality experience, Gary’s background includes ground up development, acquisitions and repositioning of value add projects, financing, dispositions, asset management and management contract negotiation.

He began his career in hotel development for a west coast based hotel developer and led the development and acquisition efforts to position the company as the largest owner and operator of Embassy Suites Hotels in the country at the time.

Prior to joining Twenty Four Seven Hotels, Gary most recently dedicated seven years with TPG Hotels & Resorts in sourcing, underwriting and closing hotel transactions ranging from new construction of California’s first AC Hotel, to over 20 hotel acquisitions and hotel management Agreements collectively valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Gary earned his B.S and M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Leesa Gibbons | Corporate Director of People Resources

Leesa brings more than 20 years of hospitality management experience, having held positions with several Hilton, Choice, and Starwood brands, ranging from luxury hotels to select-service properties.

Leveraging her deeply rooted hospitality knowledge and field experience, Leesa works in collaboration with the VP of People Resources to direct and oversee all learning and development programs and any organizational development initiatives. Fundamental to the success of this new department, her focus will include succession planning and career development, performance management systems, learning management systems, organizational values and/or principles and associate engagement initiatives.

Prior to joining Twenty Four Seven Hotels, Leesa held hospitality leadership positions in operations, sales and marketing, and accounting. Noteworthy to her career is earning the Hilton brand's top award, the Connie Pride Hotel of the Year, as the opening General Manager for Homewood Suites, Phoenix North Happy Valley.

Vernita Crews | Corporate Director of Sales

Vernita joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels in 2013 as the Regional Director of Sales for Northern California, Idaho, and Arizona.

Prior to joining the company her career spanned twenty years with management teams at Tarsadia Hotels, Crescent Hotels & Resorts, and Commonwealth Hotels, holding top leadership positions within the sales discipline.

With Twenty Four Seven Hotels, Vernita oversees all hotel sales and marketing strategies as well as corporate branding and marketing support. She provides hotel sales teams with training, tools and a tactical approach to prospecting and winning business to achieve the overall demand segmentation and revenue goals.

Mae Serrano | Corporate Director Sales

Mae joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels most recently from Pacific Hospitality Group where she was the Director of Sales for the AAA Four-Diamond Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa.

Prior to the Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, Mae worked for Starwood, Intercontinental, and Marriott Hotels in the sales force.

In her role as a Director, Mae is an extension of the hotel sales teams in prospecting for new business, revenue management, and marketing the hotels. Mae is directly responsible for mentoring her hotel sales teams and ensuring they are set up for success to achieve the annual operating and sales plans.

Kathy Millar | Task Force Director of Sales

Kathy Millar joined the Twenty Four Seven Hotels corporate team as Task Force Sales leader with over 20 years of hospitality sales experience. Most recently Kathy was with Hard Rock Hotels where she was Director of Sales.

Prior to Hard Rock Hotels, Kathy was the Regional Director of Sales for two premiere Casino Resorts in Nevada. She has held various sales director positions within the hospitality industry, starting her career at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, California.

Kathy is responsible for mentoring her hotel sales teams and ensuring they are set up for success. She is an extension of the property sales teams assisting with account development, market awareness strategies, and revenue management & pricing review for all the hotels.

Isaac Rodriguez | Vice President Revenue Strategy & Distribution

Isaac originally joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels in 2003 and served the company in various senior hotel management positions before taking full-time responsibility for multi-property revenue management.

Since 2008, he has been developing and overseeing the revenue management foundations by focusing on the evolving revenue system enhancements of each major brand and ensuring the support structure provides outstanding value for each property in our portfolio. He oversees tactical direction and support on sell strategy implementation as well as assisting the hotels’ executive team with forecasting and budgeting analysis.

Isaac attended Northern Arizona University and Scottsdale Community College and holds degrees in Hotel and Restaurant Management. He has achieved industry recognized certifications as Certified Revenue Manager Executive, CRME and Certified Hospitality Administrator, CHA.

Beth Shelton | Corporate Director Revenue Management

Beth Shelton joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels in 2012 and previously was the General Manager at our Springhill Suites in Boise before being promoted to Corporate Revenue Director.

Prior to Twenty Four Seven Hotels, she worked for Hilton Hotels in various leadership roles in Portland, Seattle, and Hawaii, which included two years as the Assistant Director of Revenue Management for the Hilton Waikoloa and Reservation Manager for the Hilton Portland & Executive Tower.

Beth attended University of Phoenix where she attained her MBA/Human Resource Management. In her current role, Beth specializes in revenue system diagnostics and fostering property engagement in revenue management.

Emily Adams | Corporate Revenue Manager

Emily originally joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels in 2012 and led front office operations at two of our Marriott properties before being promoted to our corporate revenue team.

Her most recent position was as Corporate Revenue Analyst where she supported the portfolio with the execution of various routine and ad hoc reporting needs.

As Corporate Revenue Manager, Emily specializes in leveraging revenue platforms, resources and initiatives to optimize rate and drive optimal market share in all segments. Emily also attended College of Western Idaho where she attained her degree in Business Administration and Management.

Maria joined the Twenty Four Seven Hotels team in early 2016 to manage the digital presence of each property as the Corporate eCommerce Manager.

Prior to Twenty Four Seven Hotels she was the Marketing Coordinator for The Grove Hotel in Boise, ID after graduating from The College of Idaho in 2014. She majored in Political Economy and triple-minored in Business, Mathematics, and Asian Studies.

Maria leverages her analytical and creative background to augment hotel visibility in the digital realm while keeping abreast of the ever-changing industry.

Samuel Grant | Vice President Finance & Accounting

Samuel joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels hotels as Director of Finance in 2014.

Prior to joining Twenty Four Seven Hotels, Samuel was the Director of Finance for Petit Ermitage Hotel and prior to that held a multitude of Finance positions in the hospitality industry.

As the Vice President Finance, Samuel and his team manage the Twenty Four Seven Hotels portfolio of hotel accounting procedures, which include the daily balancing of systems, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Budgets and Profit and Loss Statements.

Samuel has a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and B.A. Economics from Ohio State University. He teaches Hospitality Finance and Critical Thinking for University of Phoenix.

Scott Terry | Corporate Director Operations

Building on 30+ years of Hospitality experience across most major hotel brands including Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, IHG, and Starwood, Scott’s role is in multiple property oversight. The strengths from his background provide distinct advantages in labor and expense controls, employee development, and customer service, with an added responsibility as guest satisfaction task-force leader for all hotels in the Twenty Four Seven portfolio.

Prior to joining Twenty Four Seven Hotels in 2007, Scott served in various executive management roles for Sunstone Hotels, Davidson Hotel Company, and Hyatt Hotels.

Scott received his undergraduate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Widener University in Delaware.

Gary Comeaux | Regional General Manager

Gary joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels in 2012 as the General Manager of the Holiday Inn La Mesa before he was promoted to Area General Manager of the two IHG hotels in San Diego and most recently to his current position where he oversees IHG, Hilton and Marriott Select Service hotels in Southern California.

In his role of Regional Manager, Gary provides leadership to the Operations teams and incorporating brand and Twenty Four Seven Hotels cultures into the day-to-day processes.

Prior to joining Twenty Four Seven Hotels, Gary worked with Interstate Hotels, Sunstone Hotels, Pinnacle Hotels and Marriott International. He is certified in several of IHG and Marriott service and operations programs.

Cassidi Haskell | Regional Director of Sales

Cassidi originally joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels in 2013 and most recently was the Director of Sales at the Hyatt Place Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga.

Prior to Twenty Four Seven Hotels, she has held various sales positions within the hospitality industry including the full service Marriott Riverside at the Convention Center in downtown Riverside, California.

Cassidi’s responsibilities include driving revenue through a regional multi-property direct sales effort by assisting and developing our properties’ sales leaders. She works directly with her properties to support corporate and group sales initiatives to close business and manage our customer relationships in market.

Greg Williams | Corporate Director of Operations

Greg joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels in 2012, as General Manager of the Holiday Inn, LaMesa/San Diego, CA.

Prior to his General Manager roles at Twenty Four Seven Hotels, he was running a Boutique hotel on the Jersey shore. The first decade of his career started with folding laundry at age 14 and included valuable experience from positions in all departments of various hotels near his hometown, until earning his Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from East Stroudsburg University.

In his role as Corporate Director of Operations, Greg provides leadership support to the Corporate Operations team from his Marriott and IHG brand expertise, along with his insight into the Twenty Four Seven Hotels culture and the day-to-day best practices that drive their overall success.

Patrick Yoon | Corporate Staff Accountant

Patrick joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels’ Finance and Accounting team in 2015.

Most recently, he served as Senior Income Auditor for USA Hotel Group, LLC. Having navigated various front office management, night audits, and accounting positions for various hotel groups, Patrick brings hands-on experience to his role - as well as his own contagious brand of humor.

In his role with Twenty Four Seven Hotels, Patrick works closely with the VP of Finance and Regional Controller, lending support and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiencies of properties in his region. His responsibilities include general ledger reconciliation, as well as month-end closing report reconciliation; assisting during hotel acquisition and transition periods;posting bi-weekly payroll and daily revenue expenses; and creating or altering profit and loss statement reports.

Patrick attended Wyoming Technical Institute and possesses an extensive background and knowledge in PC LAN environments and related security operations.

Heather Holloway | Accounts Payable Manager

Heather has a “lifetime” of experience in finance and accounting roles in the hospitality industry that she brings to her current role as A/P Manager. Heather is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the AP function and the variety of business processes within AP such as invoice processing, payment processing, supplier creation/modification, and the documentation of processes within the finance and accounting function of the Company.

Prior to switching coastlines to join Twenty Four Seven Hotels, Heather was based on the east coast. She thrived in her 27-year career with Prime Hospitality, working in all levels of purchasing and accounting as the company grew to 286 hotels with management, development and franchising business units. Heather is proud of her degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting from Centenary College where she once hosted her own live radio show.

Candace King | People Resources Manager

Candace joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels in 2005 to champion benefits administration, employee relations and human resources. Her areas of responsibility include employee and labor relations, legal compliance and generally promoting the company's culture and organizational growth. Her primary goal is to make our company a fun place to work, learn and grow.

Before joining Twenty Four Seven Hotels Candace held several management positions in the banking industry with her most recent experience overseeing the Foreign Exchange Department at Bank of America in Los Angeles, CA.

Kyle Street | Corporate Revenue Manager

Kyle recently joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels in 2016 as a Corporate Revenue Analyst. While pursuing a degree in Business Management, he entered into the hospitality industry with an internship at Walt Disney World. After graduating from the University of Idaho, he continued his career in hospitality by working for the software technology company: SiteMinder.

As a Corporate Revenue Analyst, Kyle assists in the streamlining of operations by supporting the rest of the Revenue Management Team with reports and strategies. These implemented strategies provide price optimization for the portfolio.

Alison Sansone | Vice President Marketing & Communications

Alison brings over 20 years of experience from a variety of corporate leadership roles to her position at Twenty Four Seven Hotels. The first decade of her career was firmly positioned in hospitality, ranging from Quality Assurance Manager to Human Resources Director to Investor Relations. Her hospitality experience includes interfacing with global leading brands such as Motel 6, Embassy Suites, Marriott and Hilton.

Throughout the next decade she pursued marketing and communications, driven by her interests in video production and technology. She launched her own marketing agency, developing brand strategy and digital marketing media, and worked extensively in the tech startup sector on mobile enterprise projects.

She steered the Twenty Four Seven Hotels re-brand efforts, initiated as a part of their growth strategies in 2016. Joining the executive team in-house enables her to continue managing brand strategy while expanding responsibilities to support the business development team and property marketing needs, as well.

Hannah Huse | Regional Director of Sales

Hannah joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels in 2015 as the Director of Sales at MOXY PhoenixTempe, helping to launch the first MOXY for Marriott International in the United States. Working hand-in-hand with Marriott International, she played a pivotal role in maintaining key corporate accounts while introducing a new lifestyle brand to the Tempe market.

Prior to joining Twenty Four Seven Hotels, she worked for Marriott International in various area sales roles, including serving as Account Executive for both the Houston and Detroit markets.These roles encompassed total account management and sales for all Marriott brands nationally in both the Corporate and Affinity segments.

In her new role as Regional Director of Sales, Hannah’s responsibilities include working with the properties to develop sales teams, execute marketing plans, and leverage brand tools to help analyze and improve optimal revenue growth.

Hannah earned her bachelor’s at University of Houston.

Leah Champion | Marketing Coordinator

A newcomer to the hospitality industry and recent transplant to the Southern California area, Leah joined the Twenty Four Seven Hotels team full of fresh ideas and ready to rock’n’roll.

Recently serving as a content manager with Internet Brands, Inc., her hands-on experience with social media management, content development, branding, and teaching are integral in her work as Marketing Coordinator. From teaching college-level course to managing web content,Leah’s professional background runs the gamut, but it’s her unfailing passion for music that made her the perfect fit for our team.

Leah earned her bachelor’s in Communication Studies with a concentration in Media and Technology from Bridgewater State University, Bridgewater, MA; and she subsequently earned her master’s in Mass Communication with a concentration in Strategic Communication Management from University of South Florida, Tampa, FL.

Natalie Ward | Accounting Assistant

Natalie Ward joined the Twenty Four Seven Hotels band in February 2017, bringing with her a sassy sense of humor and excellent taste in music.

In her role as Accounting Assistant, Natalie works directly with the Accounts Payable Manager. Her main duties are to ensure invoices are inputted and posted correctly, cash and credit card receipts are balanced with bank deposits, and all payroll is processed in a timely manner and in compliance with state and federal laws. Additionally, Natalie works with the Finance and Accounting team to assist with larger projects.

Natalie graduated from University of Phoenix with a bachelor's in Business Management.

Jonathan Kubo | Vice President People Resources

Joining Twenty Four Seven Hotels in July 2017, Jonathan Kubo brings 25 years of experience in Human Resources to the company.

Now rockin’ with Twenty Four Seven Hotels as our Vice President of People Resources, Jonathan provides strategic direction and leadership, while overseeing all aspects of the company’s HR policies and procedures at the corporate office and in the field.

He is responsible for building the foundation on a new department that will focus on all aspects of developing our valuable 'human capital' including training, development, recruitment, workforce planning & analysis, strategic planning, employee relations, labor relations, and other collaborative efforts with the executive team.

Most recently with Oakwood Worldwide, Jonathan has a background in hotel management Human Resources and has also served as Director of Human Resources for two Marriott resort properties. He earned his bachelor's degree in business from Michigan State University.

Susan McClurg | Payroll Manager

Bringing more than 15 years of payroll management experience, Susan McClurg joined the Twenty Four Seven band in July 2017.

Prior to joining Twenty Four Seven Hotels, Susan served in payroll management positions at West Coast University and Seven Crown Resorts. Her experience with managing multi-state payroll operations and developing improved payroll costs, efficiencies and accuracies make her a fantastic fit on our rockstar Accounting and Finance team.

In her role as Payroll Manager, Susan manages and oversees a multi-state payroll system and processes bi-weekly payroll for our company portfolio, regularly evaluating opportunities to implement best practices.

Susan received her bachelor’s degree from California State Long Beach.

Michael Gerano | Area General Manager

Joining the Twenty Four Seven Hotels band in September 2016, as dual-property General Manager at our Las Vegas Henderson campus, Michael Gerano quickly proved himself as an energetic, hands-on leader.

Starting 'from the bottom' as a Bellman in Cincinnatti, Ohio at 15 years old, Michael has worked for Marriott, Hilton and Intercontinental Hotel Group brands, bringing valuable industry knowledge to our team - not to mention the various accolades, including winning the Platinum Award on from Marriott and winning the Best of the Best award from IHG two consecutive years 2013/2014.

In his role as Area General Manager, Michael will oversee five properties in three unique markets, providing leadership support to the Corporate Operations team. His varied brand expertise, along with his energetic, hands-on style of leadership contribute to the overall success of each property under his oversight.

Michael earned his degree from Ohio State University.

Ryan Murray | Area General Manager

Ryan Murray became a part of the Twenty Four Seven band in 2016 as GM for HyattPlace.

Prior to joining Twenty Four Seven Hotels, Ryan held various operations leadership roles along the West Coast with Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt. Charismatic and hardworking, Ryan's taking on new responsibilities in his role as Area General Manager, overseeing all five hotels in the Ontario market, providing leadership support to the Corporate Operations team. His varied brand experience allows him to leverage a wide range of brand expertise in order to properly lead his hotels to success.

Ryan earned his bachelor's degree in business management from University of Phoenix Southern California Campus.

Brett Myers | Task Force General Manager

Bringing to the organization over 10 years of progressive hotel management experience under various brands including Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt, Brett’s work in the hospitality field has allowed him to successfully manage within fast paced, unique and challenging environments.

Brett takes a dynamic approach to operational success, whether a task assignment or permanent role. He has served in the General Manager role at five hotels, allowing him to gain strong knowledge in navigating solid GOP performance through disciplined P&L controls, Guest Service performance and Associate Satisfaction by actively engaging with property teams.

Prior to joining Twenty Four Seven Hotels, Brett worked in various operational leadership positions with industry leaders Kimpton Hotels, Hyatt and most recently Island Hospitality. Brett holds a degree in Hospitality Management from San Francisco State University.

Alan Turpin | Regional General Manager

Alan has accumulated 8+ years of hospitality experience, serving in various positions with Hilton, Hyatt, and Marriott brand properties. He started out as a part-time front desk attendant and has spent time in every department of a hotel along the way.

Prior to hospitality, Alan had a successful sales career in real estate, television advertising, and newspaper sales/management. This diverse background gives him a unique set of skills to leverage in his leadership role.

Arcel Ann Alo | Corporate Staff Accountant

Twenty Four Seven Hotels welcomed Arcel Ann to the Finance and Accounting team in November 2016.

Before rockin’ and rollin’ over to Twenty Four Seven Hotels, Arcel Ann thrived in the position of Assistant Director of Finance at Great Wolf Lodge. Prior to that, she enjoyed success in finance positions with several Hilton Hotels in and around Southern California.

As Corporate Staff Accountant, Arcel capitalizes on her skills in accounting, internal controls, accounts payables and accounts receivable. She works closely with the Regional Controller, providing critical assistance in producing monthly financial statements and their subsidiary reports. Her responsibilities include balance sheet maintenance and reconciliation, monthly transient occupancy tax processing, income auditing, and assisting during hotel acquisition and transition periods.

Ariel Ann earned her bachelor’s in Accounting from DeVry University, Pomona, CA.

Ramy Abdelmalak | Corporate Director of Finance

Ramy Abdelmalak joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels in 2016 as Regional Controller.

Prior to joining Twenty Four Seven Hotels, Ramy (pronounced Rah’-mee, in case you were wondering) was the Controller for the famous Queen Mary in Long Beach. Additionally, he has held a multitude of Controller and Finance positions, most notably throughout the Hilton brand, from Conrad Hotels and Resorts in Chicago to Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines.

His skills in hospitality management, revenue analysis and pre-opening accounting bring seasoned experience and leadership to the Finance and Accounting Team, and his sharp sense of strategy earned him his new title of Corporate Director of Finance.

In his new role, Ramy will uphold a continuous partnership with the Operations Team to oversee the properties' financial process and controls by monitoring labor, costs and expenses. He will advise accounting processes and procedures by recommending strategies and implementing new systems for maximizing investor returns, as well as provide leadership and hands-on direction to the finance and property teams. Another critical component of his role will include maintaining key relationships between owners, investors, bankers and lenders.

Jennie Lee | Corporate Staff Accountant

Jennie Lee became a part of the Twenty Four Seven Hotels Finance and Accounting department in 2016. Her infectious laugh and sweet nature is the perfect balance for our team.

Having served in customer service, supervisory, and accounting roles prior to joining Twenty Four Seven Hotels, her experience directly supports her current role with us.

Her duties at Twenty Four Seven Hotels will involve working closely with the VP of Finance and Regional Controller, lending support and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiencies of properties in her respective region. Additionally, she is responsible for general ledger reconciliation, as well as month-end closing report reconciliation; assisting during hotel acquisition and transition periods; posting bi-weekly payroll and daily revenue expenses; and creating or altering profit and loss statement reports.

Jennie Lee earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting from the University of California, Irvine, CA.

Todd Berg | Project Manager

With 30 years of experience across multiple disciplines of the construction field, from driving nails early in his career to driving multimillion dollar projects, Todd brings his diverse knowledge to the table of the development department.

As Project Manager, Todd will work with the ownership, the franchise team, the designers, and each of the GC teams to ensure timely and cost effective completion of a project. He understands the key to success is not just building hotels, but also building relationships. He is responsible for leveraging the talent of the entire team toward a common goal of success.

Prior to Twenty Four Seven Hotels, Todd’s project management experience spans over 15 years. He has completed many projects in the hospitality sector, a highlight being the 340 room Agua Caliente Hotel and Casino. He holds a clear teaching credential from California State University San Bernardino in Construction Technology.
